Terms of Service

1. Parties and Definitions

These Terms of Service constitute an electronic agreement between Valente Media Ltd. (Curaçao Reg. No: 156782, license GLH-OCCHKTW0703042022 — hereinafter "the Company") and any natural person accessing the platform (hereinafter "the User").

• "Platform": The digital entertainment product offered as a Telegram Mini App under the name VALENTE COIN.
• "VC" (Valente Coin): In-app point currency used within the Platform.
• "Withdrawal": Request to convert VC balance to real-world value.

2. Membership and Age Limit

• Membership is created automatically with a valid Telegram account. No separate registration form is filled.
• The User declares and warrants that they are over 18 years old.
• Each natural person may open only one account. Upon detection of multi-accounting, all accounts are closed and balances forfeited.
• Use of VPN, emulators or automated clicking software (bots) is prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.

3. Earning VC and Value

• VC is earned through tapping, daily login, task completion, ad watching, spin wheel and friend invitations.
• VC is an in-app point unilaterally determined by the Company and is not a cryptocurrency.
• The Company reserves the right to change VC value, earning rates and withdrawal limits without prior notice.

4. Withdrawal Policy

4.1 General

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually within 24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal limits are method-based:
  • IBAN: 50 VC
  • BTC: 100 VC
  • ETH: 100 VC
• Withdrawal requests are completed within 1-3 business days after approval.

4.2 IBAN Withdrawal

• Only TR IBAN registered in the User's own name is accepted.
• Requests with third-party IBAN are rejected and the balance is not refunded.
• Transfers made to erroneous or closed IBAN cannot be reversed.

4.3 Crypto Withdrawal

• BTC: Bitcoin (Layer-1) network only. Lightning is not supported.
• ETH: Ethereum Mainnet only (ERC20). Polygon, BSC or L2 is not supported.
• Responsibility for sending to the wrong network or wrong address belongs to the user; reversal is not possible.
• Network fee (gas) is automatically deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5. Prohibited Behaviors

Upon detection of the following behaviors, your account is permanently closed and your balance forfeited:

• Use of auto-clicker scripts, bots or macros.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit the referral system.
• Use of fake Telegram accounts / clone accounts.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP or device.
• Social engineering, phishing or attempts to defraud other users.
• DDoS, exploits or reverse engineering attempts against the platform.
• Harassment, insults or threats toward Company employees or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All visuals, logos, code, brand names (VALENTE COIN, VC, crown logo, lion mascot) on the Platform are the registered property of the Company. Unauthorized copying, distribution or derivative work is prohibited.

8. Advertising Policy

• Sponsored advertisements may appear within the Platform.
• Ad content is approved by the Company, but the third-party advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of its content.
• VC given for watching ads is subject to watching the ad from start to end.

9. Account Termination

• User can delete the account via support@valente.media.
• Account deletion is processed within 30 days; existing withdrawal requests are completed.
• The Company may suspend or close any account without prior notice in case of breach of these terms.

10. Dispute and Jurisdiction

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Curaçao Courts and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board arbitration panel are competent. For Republic of Turkey citizens, the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations are additionally reserved.

This agreement enters into force the moment the User first opens the application and continues until the account is closed. Changes to terms are announced via the in-app announcement channel.
